Hand Roll Bar

Each station is two devices. Open the guest link on the guest-facing iPad and the chef link on the mounted chef iPad. Each device remembers its station on first load, so a reload or a lost address bar does not lose it. Logs is the station's flight recorder — every line from the server and both devices, live, for an operator's laptop. It is not for a floor screen.

The kitchen iPad opens /kitchen — no key, no login (KDS-10). It shows every confirmed order across the three stations, oldest first.
